Delivery of your digital files

You can deliver your digital files by e-mail. Do you have many and/or large files? Use WeTransfer.com Delivering the files on CD-ROM or USB stick is of course also possible.

We check every file we receive for the correct format/settings. You can positively influence the turnaround time of your order by delivering your files as follows:

• Preferably in .JPG (uncompressed), or .TIFF format. Save your JPG files as ‘Baseline Standard’, not as ‘Baseline Optimized’ or ‘Progressive’. Save TIFF files without compression in Windows Byte Order.
• Use an RGB color setting for your files.
• Provide a maximum number of pixels in a digital file, without enlarging the image. We recommend at least 3240 x 2160 pixels for best results. When creating the slide or negative, the number of pixels is the only thing that counts; the DPI (dots per inch) value does not matter. ou will not see any difference in quality between, for example, 72 dpi or 300 dpi, as long as the number of pixels (for example 3840×2160) is the same.
