GLS/PostNL

Items that fit through the letterbox are sent as letterbox parcels as much as possible.

However, if your order contains 1 or more items with the shipping method “Package”, your entire order will be sent as Parcel.

(Exception: ordered manuals will be sent to you as a PDF file by e-mail)

We ship orders daily, from Monday to Friday, with the parcel service of your choice (GLS or PostNL).

For orders within the Netherlands that you have delivered to your home, the following applies: within 1-2 working days at home*.

For orders within Belgium applies: within 1-3 working days at home *.

This delivery time is an estimate. Have we shipped your order? Then you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace code. This way you know exactly where your package is.

PostNL

Delivers  letters  and  packages  from monday till saturday.

For parcel shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium you will always receive a Track and Trace code with which you can track your parcel.

GLS

Delivers letters  and  packages from monday till saturday.
