Explanation of Episcope lamps:
For projecting objects such as pages of
books, magazines, records, etc., an episcope is used;
Special episcope lamps are used for this.
The normal ones are now also being used for various devices
cinema lamps of 500 watts recommended (type
375E). The Episcope lamps types 422 E, 437 E and 6023 G,
can also be supplied with an internal reflector.
Add type number behind /01 Philips episcope lamps
are also used for stage lighting, among other things.
The lifespan of the mirrored lamps is approximately 50%
less than that of the clear lamps, of which the
lifespan is approx. 100 hours.
