This notorious trouble maker in this fantastic projector can now be fixed definitely with a replacement gear that is made up from a steel core and an outer cogged rim of high-grade industrial arifical fiber. Thus the original extreme low noise level is retained. The replacement wheel is not shrunk together but stress free mounted together so it will never crack like the original.
