It is also possible to send your order to us by mail. To do so, you can request a shipping label from us.

Request shipping label

You can request a shipping label from us for this purpose. This allows you to easily drop off your order at a parcel point of your choice in the Netherlands or Belgium.

Register the order with us online and select the option ‘I will send my materials – please send me a shipping label’. You will receive a shipping label or shipping QR code by email within one working day. Shipping costs will be charged on the invoice.

You can choose between the following carriers

• Netherlands: DHL, PostNL or GLS.
• Belgium: DHL or PostNL.

Of course, you can also arrange shipping for your order yourself.

Shipping instructions

• Pack your order in a sturdy box and fill it with bubble wrap or newspapers, for example, to prevent the materials from shifting.
• Shipping is at your own risk
• Register the order online or add a note to the shipment with your contact details and requirements.

Deliver assignment

You are always welcome to drop off your order at our location in Tilburg. This can be done during our opening hours.

• Feel free to drop by during our opening hours. Coffee is ready and waiting!
• There is no need for an appointment.
